1. Member Registration

We would appreciate if you can spare some time to go through the registration procedures in order to help us process your order in a more efficient way.
In order to better serve you, we need your company logo and advertising text so that we can process the imprinting or engraving for your products more quickly. Since we are able to store a record of your logo artworks for your subsequent orders, you will only need to upload your logo artwork once. Furthermore, checkout can be quicker because your shipping and billing address details are already pre-filled and you can log in at any time and anywhere to update your own profile, review your order history and check your shipping status.
All our registered members will receive VIP services. Every dollar you spend can be accumulated to redeem a fabulous gift. If your accumulated purchases are or more than US$1,000, you can select any one of Chinese zodiac crystal figurines as your free gift. The more you purchase the faster you can collect the whole set of Chinese zodiac crystal figurines to display in your home or office.
Please also be assured that we will not release any of your private information to any third party as mentioned in our Privacy Policy Statement.
2. Making an Enquiry

Please feel free to send us your enquiries regarding things such as order quanitity, quantity discounts, specific packaging methods and shipping methods. We will reply your enquiry within 3-5 working days.
3. Ordering Product Samples
You can order product samples by using our on-line payment system. Our online payment processing is handled by Paypal, a world leader in secure online purchase processing. We never see your credit or debit card details - these are handled entirely by Paypal.
4. Receipt of Product Sample

Upon receipt of the product sample, please inform us whether the product meets your requirements. If you find the product suitable to your needs, please confirm with us your order quantity and e-mail us your company logo and advertising text for engraving or imprinting text if you have not already done so.
Upon receipt of all these information, we will then issue you a quotation and start preparing an artwork which will showe your logo and advertising on your selected gift item.
Within a few days, we will e-mail you an artowrk. If you find the artwork meets with your requirements, please return the signed quotation by fax to signify your order confirmation. Please at the same time arrange payment of 50% of the proforma invoice as deposit either by cheque payment for Hong Kong customers or TT payment for overseas customers.
Upon receipt of your confirmation of quotation and deposit, we will start arranging the production of sample with your company logo and advertising text based on your instructions.
5. Delivery of Product Sample with Artwork

Once we receive your order confirmation and payment of deposit, we will deliver product sample with artwork for your final approval.

Upon receipt of our product sample with artwork design, please confirm your acceptance.

When we receive your confirmation of final approval for product sample with artwork design, we will instruct manufacturer to manufacture the products. The duration of the manufacturing time will be around 14 - 30 days. It depends on the type of product.
6. Delivery of Product

Once we receive your approval of product sample with artwork, we will arrange the production of final products. The production lead time will vary between 14 days to 45 days which depend on the order quantity and the gift item. Before the shipment of goods, please let us know which type of shipping method you prefer.
You can also supply us with your overnight courier account so product samples can also be sent through your assigned courier.
Otherwise, we will quote you the shipping rate based on your choice of shipping method, e.g. by air, by overnight courier or by sea..
Delivery lead time depends on the place of destination and the type of your selected shipping method. Exact duration of delivery can be checked online by logging on to your account if you are a registered member.
